To make your #GCHRA25 accommodation booking as smooth as possible, we’ve compiled answers to some common questions.
#GCHRA25 attendees are expected to check in on Tuesday, August 12 and check out on Saturday, August 16, 2025. You may customize the number of nights during reservation.
If you’re attending with a team or companion, you may select double occupancy rooms and indicate any additional guest names when booking.
All reservations are processed through our official website and added to your conference checkout. Payment is handled securely through your preferred payment method.
At GCHRA, we understand that travel plans can change. However, due to our special group booking arrangement with Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City, we kindly ask all attendees to take note of the following:

- Cancellations are subject to a 10% administrative fee. No-shows or shortened stays after payment has been completed are non-refundable.

In the event of a cancellation or change, attendees are welcome to transfer their reservation to another confirmed GCHRA25 attendee, provided that full details are submitted to the GCHRA Travel Team at least 5 working days before check-in.

Any modification requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but we cannot guarantee approval.
