a. General Policy: All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for tickets purchased through our website, except as provided in this policy or as required by law.
b. Event Cancellation or Postponement: In the event that an event is cancelled or postponed, we will provide information regarding refunds or exchanges via email and/or on our website. Refunds will be issued in accordance with the terms set forth by the event organizer (KUSI Consulting) or as required by law.
c. Ticket Resale: Tickets purchased through our website may not be resold or transferred without prior written consent from Global Conference on Human Resources Africa (GCHRA) and/or KUSI Consulting. Any unauthorized resale or transfer of tickets may result in cancellation of the ticket(s) without refund.

a. Canceled or Postponed Events: If an event is canceled or postponed and refunds are being offered, we will process refunds to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will typically be issued within 30 days of the cancellation or postponement announcement.
