By registering for or attending the Global Conference on Human Resources in Africa, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Agreement to Terms
By registering for or attending any event under GCHRA, delegates agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Registration
All delegates must register through the official channels provided by GCHRA. Registrations are non-transferable.
3. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of registration. Payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers. Cheque/check payments must be completed before July 24, 2025. All prices include VAT in accordance with Ghanaian tax regulations. Ticket and table sales are VAT-inclusive (NB: Value Added Tax or VAT is applicable to all transactions once goods and services are delivered within the borders of Ghana
4. Event Access
Only registered delegates with valid identification will be granted entry to the event sessions and activities.
5. Code of Conduct
Delegates are expected to behave professionally. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the event without a refund.
6. Program Changes
The organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, and venue without prior notice.
7. Cancellation Policy
If #GCHRA25 is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, the organizers will communicate available refund or rescheduling options.
8. Photography and Videography
By attending, delegates consent to the use of their images in photographs and video footage captured during the event for promotional purposes by GCHRA.
9. Intellectual Property
All content presented at #GCHRA25 is the property of the organizers or respective contributors and may not be reused or distributed without written permission.
10. Liability
The organizers shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expenses incurred during the event. Delegates are responsible for their personal belongings and conduct.
11. Force Majeure
The organizers are not liable for disruptions due to events beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
12. Travel and Accommodation
Delegates are responsible for their own travel and accommodation. Sponsors, partners, and exhibitors are responsible unless otherwise specified in their agreement.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ghana.

15. Changes to These Terms
