Jeffrey Mac Boham is a global Learning and Development, Business, Project Management, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, and general Human Resource Management and Development professional. His specializations are in Instructional Design, Project Management, Learning Strategy Advisory, Artificial Intelligence integration, and General Human Resource management and development. He is the Principal Consultant at TeamPact Solutions, LLC - a boutique learning and Performance Consulting, Training and Development, Human Resource advisory, and Certification Preparation company based in Columbia, MD. He also works for the United States Foreign Service Institute where U.S ambassadors and other Foreign Service officers are trained and prepared for global deployments. Jeffrey’s prior roles before getting to TeamPact Solutions include Senior Performance Management Specialist consultant contractor at the United States Department of Labor, Sierra Space Corporation; a Space Exploration company where he built training programs for their Program Managers who work on multi-million dollar NASA programs, Senior Learning Advisor at AARP, and at Aerotek, one of the largest global Staffing and Human Capital Solutions companies in the United States where he managed the Instructional Systems Design team. Jeffrey holds three master's degrees, in Business, HR Management and Development, and Instructional Design. He also holds HRCI and PMI's SPHR and PMP professional certifications, as well as SHRM's SHRM-SCP certification. Before moving to the United States, Jeffrey worked as a Legislative Research Officer in the Parliament of his native country, Ghana. Beyond his professional achievements, Jeffrey is passionate about Soccer, exploring the transformative potential of AI in HR, and engaging in public speaking as a Toastmaster, (he is a past Area Director for Area 75 in Division G of Toastmasters International's District 36). Jeffrey also loves spending time with his daughter.
